At Rangrez, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product, size, color, or quantity.
- The product is significantly different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Return Request
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, photographs/videos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you whether your refund or exchange has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged product.
Rangrez reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the return conditions.
